A complete concept transformation—from a vegetarian/dairy restaurant to two vibrant live-cooking venues: grill and Asian express. Designed with a strong focus on ambiance, the new dining area was designed to offer a calm, elevated experience that stands apart from the rest of the campus. The entire project was delivered within a tight, three-month shutdown window.
