R2M Group Central Kitchen

The R2M Group’s Central Kitchen was established in 2018 following the group’s groundbreaking decision to shift food production from its restaurants and delis to a central factory. This decision was accompanied by significant concerns, as the group had no prior experience operating a facility of this magnitude. After evaluating potential locations, the Panorama Building was chosen as the central production site due to its geographical location, which allows for efficient transportation to all of the group’s food outlets, primarily situated in the Gush Dan area. The factory’s uniqueness lies in the enormous variety of products it manufactures while maintaining the highest culinary standards. The factory integrates the following production departments: Central Production Kitchen, Production Bakery and Patisserie, Deli Products Production Department, Omelet Production Department, LINE-ON Department, Packaging and Shipping Departments, Logistics Center (Merlog), Dairy producing soft and hard cheeses, Factory Store The factory was designed in a “horseshoe” layout, allowing for expansion and the addition of production departments without disrupting the food flow.
